Getting Organized From The Inside Out

I myself have received such remarkable healing and benefit from using energy healing with organizing.  I found that when I took the time to purge and organize an area of my physical space, the benefits were far greater than I had ever thought they could be. That’s ultimately why I started my business – so I could help other people benefit experience the same powerful benefits that I have.

The clearing and sorting of the physical “clutter” is an involved process. It brings up all that (emotional and mental) “stuff” to the forefront to be seen and healed. The same stuff that we have kept brushing aside; tucking away, and hoping would remain hidden. Why do we want it to stay hidden?

We want it to remain because it is overwhelming to clear on our own. This is one of the main reasons why we end up with clutter and can have a difficult time getting organized and staying that way.

My personal experiences with organizing have been challenging and enlightening. Through my own de-cluttering processes of sorting through my things, I found all kinds of emotional content arising in my consciousness. Deep-rooted beliefs came to the surface that I had been unconscious of.  I saw that I held on to old memories and feelings because of these beliefs. Some of the beliefs I uncovered included: lack, that there wasn’t enough to go around, that I shouldn’t be wasteful, that maybe these items could be useful someday so I should hang onto them, and that if I got rid of something that someone gave me I wouldn’t be connected to that person anymore.

Through each sorting process I noted what was coming to the forefront of my consciousness. First, I acknowledged that the limiting beliefs and feelings were there.  Then I utilized my training in energy healing to uproot the beliefs that were blocking me, and replace them with new beliefs that empowered me. Removing the beliefs that kept me holding onto “stuff”, allowed me to stop accumulating and holding onto physical clutter in my life. The belief work transformed my life in many other ways as well.  Your own personal beliefs are unique, and changing them will result in unique changes for you, but I’d like to share with you some of the results I myself experienced. For example, I began to know the feeling that there was enough, and that everything I needed would always be provided for. My faith in Source deepened. I became less attached to “stuff”, which made it much easier not to purchase something that I didn’t really need. My overall level of anxiety decreased and I felt a sense of calm in all areas of my life. I no longer felt stuck in my life. It gave me a renewed sense of confidence in myself. It strengthened my resolve to deepen the work on myself that I had begun.

Taking action this way led to so many other benefits as well. Not only did it create more physical space in my environment, it created a sense of freedom and an ease of movement in the rest of my life. It gave me more energy; I didn’t feel bogged down by “stuff” (emotional or physical clutter) anymore. It gave me a sense of pride about my space; I didn’t feel ashamed for people to see it anymore – and I didn’t feel ashamed for people to see me anymore either.  I was able to walk with my head held high and look the world in the eyes.

Just by starting with one small space, the levels of healing that took place in my life were innumerable.  Using energy healing and space organizing together created a momentum forward that I never thought possible. I continue to be amazed by this profound pairing of services, and I truly love to share it.  That is why I created De-Cluttering Spaces: a comprehensive, de-cluttering service unlike any other. When you are ready to begin, I invite you to call me and set up your free in-home consultation.  I really do look forward to helping you experience remarkable changes – inside and out.

I believe that being organized is an important thing. If you are someone who is very sloppy, then you will be able to do a lot. I seriously believe that people need to learn just what it means to be organized. First of all, this blog of yours touches upon that, and I am happy that it does. I seriously believe that those who can get their items and their life organized are the ones who make it to the op.
